Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the website, training portals, documentation, or services operated by QA Management Solutions, Inc. ("QAMSI," "we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using our website, materials, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you do not have permission to access or use our resources.
1. Scope of Services and Nature of Information
QAMSI provides industrial management solutions, technical compliance training, documentation frameworks, and operational consulting services tailored to electric industry standards, including those of the Alberta Electric System Operator (AESO), the Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC), and the Market Surveillance Administrator (MSA).
The content provided on this website, within training modules, and across operational templates is for general educational and operational benchmarking purposes only. It does not constitute formal legal advice, structural engineering certification, or binding regulatory rulings.
While QAMSI assists organizations in achieving audit readiness and operational excellence, formal compliance determinations and penalty adjudications reside exclusively with regulatory authorities (e.g., the AUC, AESO, or MSA). Utilization of QAMSI frameworks, templates, or training does not guarantee regulatory forbearance, penalty exemption, or automatic audit approval.
1.5 Template Licensing & Site-Specific Use
When you purchase QAMSI templates (in Word, Excel, or other digital formats), you are purchasing a Single-Site License.
Scope of Use: The templates provided are licensed exclusively for use at the specific facility or project site identified during the purchase process. You may adapt, fill out, and use the templates for the operational needs of that specific site.
Prohibition on Replication: You are strictly prohibited from replicating, distributing, or deploying the structure, logic, or content of these templates for use at additional facilities, subsidiary plants, or corporate divisions without obtaining separate licenses from QAMSI for each location.
Template Integrity: While you are authorized to customize the data within the templates to reflect site-specific conditions, you are prohibited from distributing the underlying QAMSI framework or structure to third parties or using it as the basis for a competing compliance product.
As-Is Basis: These templates are delivered as operational tools. QAMSI is not responsible for the accuracy of site-specific data entered by the user, nor for any regulatory findings resulting from incorrect or incomplete template implementation.
